Currently at Silverlaken and need to contact your host?

If for any reason you experience any issue during your stay or booking, no matter how large or small, please contact us right away.  As a small, family-owned business, we greatly appreciate a chance to resolve the issue on the spot.  Your host's direct cell phone number is found in the binder in your room as well as on the welcome notes framed on the wall of your vacation rental.

We warmly welcome any additional questions you may have, but before contacting your host, kindly consult the very comprehensive Estate Manual (in your room, or online here) as you will most likely find a very detailed answer to all the common questions that have been asked over the years.

Questions about Rates & Availability?

  • Before reaching out in person, if you have not done so already, kindly check room information, rates & calendar at the bottom of this page.
  • Questions about long term stay and group bookings are addressed on the FAQ page.
  • While online booking is automated and can be done in real time, we do not have full time staff and may need 24 to 48 hours to get back to your voice mail or email.  In the meantime, someone booking online may reserve your room.  So, we highly encourage you to book online.

  • If you booked via Airbnb, if possible, please use the Airbnb app to reach out as that will allow us to keep track of your information and ensure all of your questions are answered quickly.
